What you told me
Like I said, there were some common themes in the answers you gave, regardless of whether you’ve just started your consulting business or have been at it a while. The common issues I noticed that you’re struggling with are things like:
- effective marketing
- getting clients
- finding time to work on your consulting business–especially if you’re doing it as a side hustle
- whether and how to afford business expenses (e.g., office space, support staff, etc.)
- defining your niche and tapping into your market
- determining what services you should offer
What’s in store
I said I wanted to deliver insanely relevant content, and that’s exactly why I needed to know what your most pressing issues are. With that in mind, I’ll be developing some resources to address the exact challenges you told me about.
For each resource, I’ll be putting together a product that will consist of an ebook and webinar. Why a webinar in addition to the ebook? Well, while ebooks give great focused content, sometimes you’ll need to ask questions specific to your situation–and that’s exactly how a webinar will deliver even more value to you. You’ll be able to ask me specific questions and get actionable answers about your business.
